The Yoga Home is a new yoga studio in Trofaiach and offers a place to escape everyday stress and pressure to perform and to find inner peace.

We offer small group yoga of up to 6 people to ensure personal advice and assistance with your yoga journey.

Angelika

Angelika is Austrian Born and raised and has spent the last 12 years traveling the world practicing yoga in a variety of different country's during her journey.

Most recently spending 6 years in Australia where she really begun to take her Practice of yoga seriously.

She loves the peace she has found in yoga and wishes to spread that to others offering grounding classes to replenish to energy drained from interaction in the modern world.
